GRUPO SAS
Our parent company, Grupo SAS, comprises five different schools and was formed 25 years ago. The group offers education from a child’s first few months right up to courses ran by the University of Barcelona. Their principle has always been to be a cut above the rest and they have been recognised by institutions all round the world. These range from the University of Montana in the U.S and the eminent Fryske Akademy in Holland to both the US and Chinese consulates. The Dutch institution cooperates with the Directorates-General XXII of the Commission for European Communities.
Grupo SAS may provide education, including vocational courses, at all levels but it specialises in nursery and primary education and runs one of the best teaching projects in the world.
A HAMELIN Early Learning Centre is not a crèche, for the centres were not created as place for “dropping off ” children; but as centres which provide children of nursery age and slightly above it all the elements they need for a wholesome, productive education.
HAMELIN CENTRES
Our centres are dedicated to teaching infants and introducing them to Catalan, Castilian Spanish and English from their earliest months onwards. We employ the most innovative teaching methods.
Thirty years of commitment to education and research into new ways to teach young children has made HAMELIN centres what they are today. This experience has created a unique, high quality system of teaching, one which is constantly in progression and behind which research is always being undertaken.
HAMELIN centres enjoy a special position in the sector as a member of the well established different centres around the world. All our centres have waiting lists.
The project was initially undertaken in the 1980s with the premise that HAMELIN centres would distinguish themselves from the traditional day-care centre in which a single floor was employed to foster several groups of children. Our vision was for them to be spacious, modern as well as to let in plenty of light and its playgrounds to be considerably large.
There is perfect scope in the project for the creation of identical centres by all debonair businessmen who are willing to devote themselves to this invigorating sector. The entrepreneur can count on the permanent support of our experts to emulate the development of our centres.
THE CONTRASTS BETWEEN OUR CENTRES AND OTHERS
Details matter in all aspects of life and HAMELIN centres are no exception. All early learning centres, unquestionably, go out of their way to provide the best for their infants; they cherish them and devote themselves heart and soul to them. There the likeness ends and we come to a point where a galaxy of factors which culminate in a finer education opens up.
